| Abstract;The power consumption increased by all day use of the clean room which temperature and humidity control are necessary.The energy saving activity was carried out by forming the team.The following countermeasures were took: air-cooling inverter driven compressors introduction and operating number control,introduction of heat pump air conditioners and operation control in proportion to the work condition,introduction of high-efficient transformers,heat dissipation reduction of the reflow furnace and temperature setting improvement.The 57% reduction was achieved in respect of the energy consumption per output. |
