Abstract;The case of energy-saving measures of the air conditioning equipment of the library in the title was introduced.The followings were controlled in proportion to the season : Set values of air conditioning equipment PID control,selection of outside air chamber,indoor air-supply quantity adjustment by dampers,use of humidifying water for cooling,forced ventilation,etc..As the result,the charge of electric power and heat was reduced,and the 18.4% reduction was achieved in respect of the carbon dioxide discharge.
