Abstract;The countermeasure for the energy saving in the lighting facilities for office buildings was described.The high frequency fluorescent lamps spread,and the number of instrument can be reduced when the high-power lamp is adopted.The necessary illuminance is easy to obtain,when the task light is installed.The energy saving can be achieved if unnecessary light is turned off.The system for controlling the lighting in proportion to presence in room and change of outside light,etc. is also popularized.
