| Abstract;Car component manufacturing method by the powder metallurgy was developed.It is unnecessary to carry out casting,forging and machining,and it is suitable for mass-production of the products with complicated shape.The lubricant is added to the powder metal mixture,and it is molded high-pressure.The surface density is improved by the cold coining,after sintering,re-press and re-sintering were carried out.The end products are produced after the secondary treatment.Cost and energy are reduced,and the machine oil which disposal is required does not arise.High-quality gears and connecting rods, etc.can be produced. |
