Abstract;The photochemical property of a 12-porphyrin artificial protein, composed of three .ALPHA.4-(PepA18)4-ZnTAPP (A) and nine Fe(III) protoporphyrin IX (B), was studied by fluorescent spectrum and fluorescent lifetime measurements of Zn porphyrin (ZnTAPP in A). The fluorescence yield of A decreased with increasing amount of B incorporated into A, suggesting an electron transfer from the excited state of ZnTAPP(ZnTAPP*) to B(Fe(III)). (author abst.)
