Abstract; We describe a case of left testicular infarction complicating right inguinal hernia. An 8 month-old boy was admitted to our hospital with redness and swelling of the left scrotum. Ultrasound examination revealed left testicular necrosis. Left orchiectomy and right hernioplasty were performed. Pathological examination of the left testicle revealed hemorrhagic necrosis due to an incomplete torsion of the spermatic cord by inference. (author abst.)
