Abstract;SS320A of 400 mg, or theophylline of 200 mg, or SS320A of 400 mg and theophyline of 200 mg concomitantly was orally given to healthy adult male volunteers under fasting. 1) Plasma levels of SS320A and theophylline in combined administration changed in the same manner as those in monotherapy, confirming no drug interaction. 2) SS320A was not converted to S body, an enantiomer, in human body. 3) For safety profile, no clinically significant findings were observed in subjective symptoms or laboratory data.
