Abstract;Today, in cyberworlds, various dealings are conducted on the web, while the dynamic changes of the situations are constantly taking place. The cellular model can flexibly model the rapid changes of the situations in cyberworlds. The foundation of the cellular model is in its capability to attach the cells dynamically via equivalence relations in quotient spaces (identification spaces) based on invariants. Since it is necessary to specify cells for cell attachment, Cell identifiers (Ids) are used. The scope is important for designing Cell IDs. It becomes possible to specify a cell by identifying the scope of the cell. This serves to specify the cell in cyberworlds and attach cells dynamically. (author abst.)
