Abstract;In recent years, a English-Japanese dictionary is implemented as software or electronic dictionary, because the performance of a computer goes up. Therefore an electronic dictionary reduces efforts to look up word entry. So we thought that we add some intelligent functions to an English-Japanese dictionary. Then this system helps some people with learning English. One of those functions is to disambiguate a word. The purpose of this paper is how to disambiguate a word and to implement that function.
