| Abstract;The research for the optimum unit control of compressors by using mass the flowmeter instead of the pressure gage for energy saving of the compressed air system was carried out.The mass flowmeter measures the mass flow rate with temperature sensors of heated silicon chip and detecting the temperature distribution on which the symmetry collapsed by air stream.It was proven that the mass flowmeter also measures the flow for raising the piping pressure simultaneously.The use air-volume which is guessed by correcting this flow is used as a parameter for the optimum control. |
