| Abstract;The situation of energy menagement was investigated in the questionnaire for large buildings in Tokyo.The buildings are composed of offices,stores,hospitals,hotels,compound buildings,schools, etc..The following were examined : Business characters,air conditioning area,power consumption ratios according to use,situation of the energy consumption rate mangement,account situations with tenants,replacement of facilities,energy saving investment,situations of the energy saving activity, etc..There are many cases which the replacement of facility is done at the end of life.So the energy saving investment is in the severe environment. |
