| Abstract;Structures and secretory regulations (woman, man), functional tests (functional test of the gonadotropin system) of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis and measurement of blood LH and FSH (sex and age specificity, normal value) of gonadotropin are described. In addition, the LH-RH test (principle, method, determination), the clomiphene load test (principle, method, cautionary note, determination) and the hCG load test (man) are explained. |
