| Abstract;This paper explains the operation method and effective application of the endocrine load test. The application of the load test (Cushing syndrome, adrenal insufficiency, evaluation of hypophysis - adrenal cortical function in steroid therapy) in the functional test of the hypothalamus - hypophysis - adrenal cortex (HPA) axis and the procedure of the test are described. In addition, practice of the load tests (insulin hypoglycemia stimulation test, CRH test, DDAVP test, metylapon test, dexamethazone suppression test, ACTH test) is described in detail. |
