| Abstract;Regulation of the hypothalamus and hypophysis and thyroid gland/TSH - feedback system and the significance (feedback of blood hormone concentration, quantitative relation between blood TSH concentration and the blood hormone) are described. This paper explains principles, adaptation, significance, etc. of blood thyroid hormones, TSH, TRH tests, TSH load tests, T3 inhibition tests and the potassium chlorate load test.
