| Abstract;This paper explains practice of the load test method for the ADH system and the utilization. Secretory regulation mechanisms of ADH, and ADH stimulatory secretion tests (point of the diagnosis of diabetes insipidus and how to set up of the test plan, water dehydration test, hypertonic salt solution test) are described. In addition, tests which evaluate the renal ADH reactivity (pitressin test and DDAVP test) and ADH acrinia tests (point of diagnosis of SIADH , dilution test, diphenylhydantoin test) are shown. |
