| Abstract;This paper explains the calcium (Ca) metabolic regulation hormone system and diagnosis of the Ca dysbolism. Concerning Ca metabolic regulation mechanisms and implication of the test value, homeostasis of blood Ca density, and the tests except for the load test (differentiation of parathyroid disorders from other organ abnormality, bone specific test, renal specific test) are described. In addition, practice of the load tests (Ellsworth-Howard test, PTH secretion stimulus test, PTH acrinia test, calcitonin secretion stimulus test) are described. |
