Abstract;A pressure-induced phase transition in the ferroelectrics TGS were studied using synchrotron radiation. The existence of phase transition at 2.5 GPa was clarified and this result is consistent to the results of the previous dielectric measurement and Raman spectroscopy in our laboratory. Pressure-induced phase transitions in the ferroelectrics TGSe are also to be reported. (author abst.)
