Abstract;The technlological trend of measurements related to energy saving of electric power was outlined. As temporary and simple measurements, the following are used practically: portable radiation type with high sensitivity, contact type thermometer ,steam leak detecter, air speedometer, and ultrasonic flowmeter. For electric energy measurement, simple electric power measurement recorder with facile installment, various watt-hour meters electric power recorder of feeder, and network system of the measurement were described. In addition, an example of monitoring and control system using i-mode portable telephony was presented.
