| Abstract; The following were introduced: the principle and characteristics of a flowmeter using a micro flow sensor and application to energy saving of the factory air. The sensor has a small size of 1.7mm, and the minimum sensitivity flow rate is low in the measurement near the wall surface of tubes. Minute air leakage is also measurable and the pressure loss is also small with 0.5kPa (primary pressure 0.5MPa). Chip and principle of the micro flow sensor, and the characteristics of high flow mass flow meter CML ( made by Yamatake) and system configuration were explained, and the piping layout in the application example and mass flow rate transition figure per day were presented. |
