Abstract;Two examples of the application of pressure sensers to energy saving in a electronic equipment factory were introduced. 1) An inverter was installed on an air compressor and operated with the number of revolutions corresponding to the delivery pressure, and gave 15-20% energy saving effect by pressure feedback-inverter operation in proportion to the used air-volume. 2) By installing pressure senser by the group management of four compressors and adding unit number/pressure control function which automatically unloads corresponding to the required pressure, energy conservation of 11000kWh/month was successfully achieved.
