Abstract;This paper described the measurement principle, features and specification of automatic total nitrogen and total phosphorus measurement equipment TPNA-300 (made by HORIBA) using the ultraviolet photooxidation analysis method. The equipment has advantages in reduction of reagent and pure water consumption, reduction of the waste water, reduction of the power consumption, reduction of the service parts, small size, and sea water correction function. It has calculation function of the pollution load necessary for the water quality regulation of total emission is, and with the input of the measured value analog signal from the flowmeter to the main body, the pollution load amount of total nitrogen and phosphorus can be calculated.
