Abstract;Outside air harvest control using a differential pressure sensor and parking lot vertilation control using a CO sensor were described. The former requires the work to examine differential pressure corresponding to a target air capacity. The outside air harvest quantity can be reduced while maintaining the target air capacity and the quality of the room air. For the latter, a small-size CO sensor for building was developed, and the reduction over 6 0% was enabled in respect of the fan power.
