| Abstract;The allergic rhinitis is one of the most common immediate-type allergic diseases in Japan, with almost 17.6% of the population affected. According to clinical guideline of allergic rhinitis, I explained the points in diagnosis of allergic rhinitis. The symptoms of allergic rhinitis are nasal obstruction, sneezing and nasal hydrorrhea. In diagnosis of allergic rhinitis, a present history and examinations (skin test, nasal smear and specific IgE Ab) are useful. The patients with allergic symptoms, positive skin test and eosinocyte of nasal smear, can be diagnosed as allergic rhinitis. In almost cases, we can diagnose as allergic rhinitis by proper examinations. (author abst.) |
