| Abstract; The aim of the treatment for patients suffering from nasal allergy at the first stage is directly to relieve symptoms, especially those of chief complaints. When it is attained, next goal is to maintain remission, to get rid of hypersensitivity by suppression of attacks, or to be free from medical management. Improvement in symptoms has been laid emphasis on for evaluation of treatment outcome. Improvement in quality of life is now considered to be important, but is still under investigation. Establishing a partnership with patients is essential to attain a goal, and type of partnerships between a doctor and patient in the context of making decisions about treatment should be a shared model.
