Abstract;A pressure-temperature diagram of alkaline-earth metal disilicide ASi2 (A=Ca, Sr and Ba) has been investigated by in situ x-ray diffraction measurements. The structures that appears at high pressure are the same as those at ambient conditions of the other ASi2 with smaller atomic number. (author abst.)
