It reduces drastically the power consumption at standby, This paper were explains a new control system, new structure power MOSFET, operation description, three terminals of DRAIN, SOURCE and CONTROL, power supply circuit example using three terminals, DRAIN current waveform of energy saving IPD, comparison of power consumption and product types.
