Abstract;Tc(IV) oxide colloids were radiolytically formed in aqueous pertechnetate solutions irradiated with bremsstrahlung generated from a LINAC. The size of the colloids distributed in the range of 30 to 130 nm in diameter. It was found that each particle of the colloids was composed of a number of tiny particles of 2 nm in diameter. The formation mechanisms of the Tc(IV) oxide colloids are discussed. (author abst.)
