| Abstract;The reaction of bis[di-tert-butyl(methyl)silyl]dilithiosilane with 1,1,2,2-tetrachloro-1,2-dimesityldisilane afforded the corresponding 1,1,4,4-tetrakis[di-tert-butyl(methyl)silyl]-2,3-dimesityltetrasila-1,3-butadiene, and its structure was determined by spectroscopic methods. The reactions of tetrasila-1,3-butadiene derivative with carbon tetrachloride or sulfer were also carried out. (author abst.) |
