Abstract; This paper presents conditions to achieve tasks accurately by hand/eye systems with errors in visual measurement. We define some important consepts, i.e., task-realizability, task-decidability, and task-achievability. We study task-achievable conditions for hand/eye systems and examine a local PD-control by using the conditions. Considered here is a point-to-point task as one of most primitive tasks. (author abst.)
