Abstract;In this paper, we will propose a miniaturized real-time vision module and will develop a robot system that handles planar motion objects. First, we will introduce one-sided Radon transform to detect the position and the orientation of a planar motion object. Second, we will propose an architecture of the vision module, which consists of a video decode LSI, a vision processing LSI and an ARCNET LSI. Finally, we will develop an experimental robot system to verify the performance of our vision algorithm. (author abst.)
