Abstract;Pathogenesis of epithelial cyst observed in hypophyseal adenoma of 20 cases is examined. Epithelial cysts which are positive to cytokeratin were observed in the tumor tissues of 5 cases. Most of epidemic cells were the oppressed and flattened cubic epithelia, and cilia could not be almost recognized. Some typical cases (19-year-old boy, 58-year-old and 70-year-old women) are presented.
