Abstract;A case (16-year-old boy) of intrasellar primary craniopharyngioma contracted in short stature and in secondary sex characters delay is reported. In the postoperative treatment, especially the determination of the start time of the growth hormone (GH) therapy was difficult. In the neoplastic lesion complication case, especially in secondary hyposomatotropism associated with intracranial organic diseases such as craniopharyngioma, the start time of the GH substitution therapy before and after operation and the relevance between GH substitution therapy and tumor recurrence are examination theme in the future.
