Abstract;Clinics and morphological pathology of silent hypophyseal adenoma (SPA) in the nonfunctioning hypophyseal adenoma are compared and are examined for operation samples of 620 cases. In nonfunctioning adenoma, cases contracted under 40-years of age often include SPA pathologically, and SPA develops in the infiltration manner on the image. SPA often exhibits the giant tumors, the recurrence rate is also high, and therefore, SPA should be grasped as the invasive tumor out of hypophyseal adenoma.
