| Abstract;Morphological expression patterns of Rab3B protein under the administration of GHRH and somatostatin (SRIF) are examined using the rat pituicytes and the relation with the somatotropin (GH) secretion is examined. In the GHRH administration rat, the immunohistochemistry reaction increased in Rab3B, and decreased in GH in comparison with the normal control rat. In the SRIF rat, the immunohistochemistry reaction decreased in Rab3B, and increased in GH. From the result, the relation between emiocytosis of GH and Rab3B is indicated in the GH-producing cells. |
