| Abstract;A case (30-year-old woman) of thyroidal papillary adenocarcinoma (cribriform-morular variant), in which peculiar nuclear clearing could be identified by the puncture aspiration cytodiagnosis, is reported. Papillary adenoma of thyroid was suspected in the puncture aspiration cytodiagnosis, and total thyroidectomy and lymphadenectomy were conducted. Multiple papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid (cribriform-morular variant) was pathologically diagnosed. In the cytological specimen, cell profiles of cribriform structure and peculiar nuclear clearing were able to be confirmed. |
