| Abstract;Tokyo Institute of Technology(TITech) promotes the activity of university-industry collaboration through the close cooperation between Frontier Collaborative Research Center(FCRC) of TITech and the Circle for the Promotion of Science and Engineering(CPSE) which is the TLO(Technology Licensing Organization) of TITech. In order to promote the more effective university-industry collaboration, in addition to the licensing activity, FCRC and CPSE have tackled the coordination of collaborative research, the formation of techno-region around the campuses and the incubation of the university-based venture companies.
