| Abstract;We have developed "Two-dimensional display-type spherical mirror analyzer" by ourselves, and applied it to various studies. This analyzer can display an angular distribution of electrons of a specific kinetic energy in a wide angular range without distortion. Recently, we have developed a method to view a three-dimensional atomic structure directly with our eyes, and also to view a three-dimensional motion of electron in a solid. (author abst.) |
