| Abstract;It is difficult to study the insulator and liquid by means of the photoemission spectroscopy. Furthermore, even for solid, it is difficult to obtain the clean surface. However, we can study the almost all the materials that includes liquids by means of the soft x-ray emission spectroscopy. In the paper, we will show the typical materials science, as well as the biomaterials, such as DNA and protein. (author abst.) |
