| Abstract;The reflective syncope is a representative disease state of the syncope, which is divided into vasovagal reflexes, micturition syncope, cough syncope, wallowing syncope, etc. based on the induction condition. Especially, the micturition syncope is vagal reflex vascular collapse by the rapid bladder dose decrease. The disease state should be rapidly grasped to decide the treatment plan, when you treat the patients with consciousness disorder or syncope. That is to say, the immediate judgement whether it is the serious disease that affects the vital prognosis or recoverable disdease is required. In this paper, mainly the examination plan relating to the consciousness disorder and syncope was described. It was divided into three parts, grasp of general condition, decision of the traumatism degree, and examination plan for description. It can be convinced of Adams-Stokes syndrome, if syncope or vertigo appears in the memory and simultaneously the arrhythmia with unknown cause is recognized. |
