| Abstract; The headache is a disease name with various causes and can be generally divided into the following : First, the symptomatic headache (organic headache) accompanied with trauma on the head or cerebral blood vessel disorder and the second, the functional headache represented by the hemicrania. It can be classified from the point that the progress is chronic or acute. As symptomatic headache, the nerve for sense of pain is not distributed in cerebral parenchyma. However, the appearance of headache by the organic disease of cerebral parenchyma such as brain tumor seems to be due to the stimulation of the sensitive position for sense of pain by the rise of intracranial pressure and inflammations of the local field, etc.. Representative disease of the functional headache is hemicrania. In addition, the catatonic headache, cluster headache, cold stimulation headache and headache by depression are also included in this range. The following were described : Examination of the fundus, computed tomography, bone marrow examination, and MRI examination. |
