| Abstract;Obstructive cerebrovascular disorder is a disease state which causes the cerebral function failure of circulatory disturbance by blockage and stenosis of brain blood vessel. The nerve cell necrosis can be caused when the cerebral ischemia continues in a fixed time, but the cell necrosis can be avoided, if blood flow is resumed before. The former is correspondent to the cerebral infarction, and the latter is correspondent to the cerebral ischemic syndrome. It is indicated to catch the cerebral infarction in three stages of mechanism of pathogenesis, clinical disease type, and responsible blood vessel, and to carry out the treatment for every disease type. The effectiveness of hyperacuteness stage thrombolytic therapy by tPA was shown in 1995, and the cerebral infarctionit has been realized again as emergency disease of which treatment is possible. As the test methods, the following were introduced : Head X-ray computeded tomography, head MRI, nerve ultrasonic testing, cerebral angiography, cerebral blood flow SPECT, examination of heart and aorta, lung perfusion scintigraphy, hemagglutinating examination. |
