| Abstract; The Alzheimer disease is the progressive dementia disease to contract after the past middle age, and the core symptom is the memory disturbance in which the formation of the new memory becomes difficult. It is divided into the Alzheimer disease in the narrow meaning of past middle age crisis and the Alzheimer type senile dementia of old age crisis depending on the crisis age in the standard. However, both are named Alzheimer dementia (AD) collectively as an identical disease category, because the neuropathological opinion is common. The neuropathology opinion of AD is characterized by the appearance of the large number of neurofibril changes, senile plaques and high quality of nerve cell elimination mainly on the temporal lobe inner part. Though AD was a disease without the therapy until now, cholinesterase inhibition medicine as the AD drug became usable even in Japan since 1999. And, flow of the AD diagnosis and examination plan were described. |
