Abstract;Clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease is mainly carried out by clinical course and neurological sign, and the examination is used for exclusion of other resemblance disease. For example, it is indicated strongly to be other disease, if any kind of abnormal opinion is observed in MR image, even if parkinsonism is shown. It becomes a chance for making the direction of diagnosis to other disease which is not the Parkinson disease. In this paper, the examination with the high priority for the Parkinson's disease diagnosis (except for the other diseases) was described first of all. And, it was described in the viewpoint that what kind of examination was helpful when there was the question in diagnosis. The following were introduced : Examination plan, image examination, blood and urinalysis, psychological tests, liquor cerebrospinalis examination, brains SPECT examination, autonomic nervous function examination, genetic screening, etc..
