Abstract;The epilepsy is the chronic and paroxysmal brain disease which is generated according to various etiology, and it is the disease group of which main symptom is the epileptogenic to be produced repeatedly by abnormal launch to be caused intermittently, excessively and disorderly in cortex and nerve cell under the cortex. The diagnosis should be carried out generally to conform to the neurological diagnosis, and to pass through a series of procedure of medical history taking, neurological actual symptom diagnosis, and clinical examination. The following were described : Electro encephalography, computed tomograph image examination, MRI examination, and other examination. There seems to be the drug effect when the fit frequency decreases by the use of antiepileptic, the paroxysmal motion fit disappears and only the consciousness depletion exists. An antiepileptic blood concentration is measured in every 3 months, and it is confirmed to be in the optimum range. The consultation with the patient should be made once on the antiepileptic stop, when the epileptogenic is not observed over 2 years.
