| Abstract;In the nerve medical domain, the gene diagnosis became indispensable, on the other hand, it was explained that the logical problem was indicated in the application of gene diagnosis. It is necessary to mind such problems sufficiently in gene diagnosis. Inheritant neural and muscular disease of which etiology gene was clarified became the enormous number, and the new etiology gene has been clarified one after another. Then, the gene diagnosis of neural and muscular disease was outlined on the application, significance, technical problems, logical problems, etc. without referring to the individual disease. This paper described what kind of samples should be used in the practice of the gene diagnosis actually, and explained the necessity of heredity counseling. And, the positioning of gene diagnosis of inheritant neural and muscular disease was arranged in the table. |
