| Abstract; There are many diseases which cause the dyspnea and the diagnosis is difficult, even if the blind examination is carried out from the beginning. Therefore, it is important to diagnose presumably by causes to some extent by the initial diagnosis. Chest radiograph is indispensable examination for diagnosis, differentiation and follow-up of the dyspnea, and there are various and abnormal shadow by the cause disease state. The overexpansion opinion is recognized in COPD, and the granular, reticular or frequent occurrence annular shadows are distributed for the diffusion in right and left in the interstitial pneumonia. Though as a respiratory function test, it is not directly connected with the diagnosis of the disease, it becomes a clue for the diagnosis, and is indispensable for the evaluation of physiological function failure of the lung and the disease state. The lung capacity, forced expiratory volume and rate in 1 second, etc. are measured by the spirometry to judge the existence and the degree of obstructive impairment and restrictive defect impairment. And, the arterial blood gas analysis was also introduced. |
