| Abstract;Cough and sputum are one's of the main respiratory organ symptoms, which are seen in various respiratory tract disease. The cough and sputum are classified into acute, protracted and chronic by the continuing period. The cough can be divided into the wet cough and the dry cough. The first phase in diagnosis for cause disease of chronic cough is to rightly grasp the property of the cough. That is to say, it is necessary to judge if it is the wet cough or dry cough. It is because the hypersecretion of the air duct becomes the object for diagnosis and treatment in the wet cough, and the cough itself becomes the object for diagnosis and treatment in the dry cough. The cause disease and therapy for wet cough and dry cough were summarized in the table. The diagnosis consists of the diagnosis before the treatment and the diagnosis after the treatment and the definite diagnosis is obtained by totaling of both diagnoses. As an examination plan, the differential diagnosis and the basal disease were introduced. |
