| Abstract;The "Lung cancer examination" was explained mainly. The examination of the lung was started as an early detection method in the age in which the affection of pulmonary tuberculosis was a social problem and took the system on which the lung cancer examination was added in many cases. "Lung cancer examination" has been manifested in the name which was independent from the tuberculosis examination. The procedure of the interpretation of computed tomograph examination is correspondent to the simple x-ray examination, and the double interpretation and comparison interpretation are carried out. What is called "spiral computed tomograph" in which an X-ray tube rotated in 360 degree continuation was developed, which enabled the shortening of exposure time and the photographing without dropping minute shade and shadow.
