| Abstract;The lung abscess is the infectious disease which forms the abscess accompanied by the hollowing for necrosis and fusion of pulmonary tissue by bacterial suppurative inflammation. It is separated in two from the crisis factor. One is the primary case which occurs in the pneumonia successionally or contracts as a lung abscess from the beginning and the other is the secondary case which occurs in various basal diseases successionally. The pathogen abounding in the lung abscess was shown in the table. It is features that the anaerobe is abounding. The purpose of the examination can be roughly divided into the following 4 items : 1) Definite diagnosis of lung abscess and differential diagnosis with other diseases, 2) Seriousness evaluation and a grasp of disease state, 3) Grasp of pathogen, 4) Therapy effect decision and follow-up. And, thorax X-ray, leukocyte count, CRP, body temperature and other body opinion, blood biochemistry (liver function, renal function, electrolyte) and glucose level were mentioned. |
