Abstract;The generation of tuberculosis is concentrated to 1) Aged people, 2) Medical risk group, and 3) Weak people in social economy.In short, 60% of the patient is old people over 60-year-old. There are smear examination, cultivation examination, and fungi identification examination in the proof of acid-fast organism group including the Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Each examination has its own significance and generally a series of examination can be carried out for the identical sample. And, the drug susceptibility testing for mycobacterium is indispensable for the decision of the therapy. In Japan, the ratio method is used as a standard method. This is the method to check what % shows the resistance within the Mycobacterium tuberculosis infected and generally 1% is used as a resistance standard in the first choice of INH and RFP, etc. . Test concentration of the ratio method by the drug resistance review board in Japanese Soc. for Tuberculosis examination was summarized in the table.
